Friends, how important they are

I am so grateful for all my wonderful friends. Without them I don't know where I would be. I especially want to thank Windi, Shantell, Mary, Mischelle, Christina, and especially Vince. They have been there for me, in their own special ways.
I am truly blessed to have such caring people in my life.
Friends are important, and if you find yourself with no one to talk to getting involved in groups, organizations and taking classes can be extremely good places to meet people.

Thankyou my special friends for standing by me and loving me unconditionally.

Dealing with Loss

In life we all go through experiences of Loss. My first experience with loss was when I was 2/3 years old. My grandmother was with me everyday of my life and when I was three she died. At three you don't understand where that person has gone.
In my mind she disappeared. My mother told me that I had a very difficult time, but one day she came to visit me at the end of my bed. She told me she loved me, and she would always be with me. She asked me to take care of my mother for her.
Apparently I ran into my mum's room and called her a liar, telling her Nana was still with me.
That was the beginning of my spiritual awareness that there is no such thing as death.
From that point on, I was very aware of things that other dismiss.
As a psychic I am very highly sensitive to others pain.
I have found that being in touch with the spirit world has helped me to accept we are never alone, and even if we feel it. It is not true.
When you are feeling pain and loss. Don't forget to reach out to the people who do care about you, your friends and family if they are available.
Keep yourself busy. Its okay to cry, but don't get stuck in the pain.
Work through it.
Breath, go for nature walks, take baths, and talk to people. Even strangers can offer words of wisdom.
There is no such thing as a stranger, just someone you haven't met yet.
We are all one.

My personal loss

Several weeks ago at the heart of the Balloon Boy incident, my world came crashing down on me. I kept up a smiling face but underneath I was in pain. My partner, Sam of over seven years walked out on me and my children.
I loved Sam dearly, but for some reason he chose to go in another direction.
I miss him but have learned in life the old saying. If you love someone, let them go, if they come back they really love you.
We have some wonderful memories and have experienced so much together. As far as I am concerned he was a wonderful father to my children.
We feel a tremendous loss in my family.
I am taking one day at a time, and staying positive.

November 11, 2009

This day is the opening of the spiritual doorway. It was an 11/11/11 day.
On this day the vatican announced that it was looking into extra terrestrial life.
This is so significant. They would not look into anything unless they were pretty certain that there was life out there.
Then today on Friday 13th Nasa announced that there was water found on the moon.
A significant amount.
What does all this mean?
It means that we have to be prepared for the extra terrestrials to make their presence extremely known very soon.
They have been waiting for us to wake up to the truth.
The church is ready to understand that God is unlimited, and its time that everyone realized that there is alot we do not know.
Having had personal experiences that confirm to me that they are real.
It is very exciting to see what will unfold.
The doorway opened to reveal all truth on November 11.
Be prepared for alot more exciting events to take place.

Dealing with deceit

It has been a very challenging time for me this past two weeks. When Richard Heene deceived America and the rest of the world, my life took a spin.
Why do people have the need to lie to others. What makes someone do something like that?
As a psychic I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I often see people souls and see their potential. But often people do not want to follow the right "light" path. They are filled with anger, rage or desperation.
The aftermath of this kind of deceit can be really tough to handle.
But if someone has lied or deceived you, instead of blaming yourself, realize that this person has some serious problems that has nothing to do with you.
It is important not to bring yourself down to their level. You may hate what they did, but try not to hate them.
If deceit has really taken place, you may be extremely hurt and its okay to cry and even scream. I find the best thing is to write to that person, as many times as you want to and burn each letter and put it out in nature.
By doing this, you don't take it in. You can release that pain.
Nowadays people turn to substances to handle situations. Promise yourself not to do that, take baths, take walks, talk to friends and be kind to yourself.

Halloween

This is the day before Halloween, and this time last year, we were told we won the 100th episode of Wife Swap. It's been an eventful year.

Now, on the eve of Halloween, Wife Swap has a whole new meaning. Balloon Boy is all over the news, and the big Halloween costume this year is Balloon Boy and his father -- even Regis and Kelly featured these two costumes.

I wonder what surprises tomorrow holds. Celebrate!

Andrew College

Today I take Andrew down to St. Johns River Community college. He is signing up for dual enrollment. He will be continuing doing Florida Virtual School for high school while taking college classes.

I am so proud of him, he took the college test and scored in the high 90's.
I homeschooled him since birth and even in the womb. Andrew is a very confident young man, he has listened to hypnosis tapes since very young.

BALLOON STORY

It has been a week since I was catapulted into the national media. I am still trying to catch my breath. When the news broke on Thursday and I was called from the hairdresser that did my hair on the show to say Richard Heene was flying a saucer over the Denver airport, I immediately put the TV on. My first thought was, "Oh my God, Richard, what have you done?" Then I started to think about my time with him on Wife Swap. Would he really do something like this? I didn't want to believe it at first, but then I started to put things together that he said and realized that my first impression was probably right.

Before the Wife Swap show aired and we were picked to be on the show with him, I had a dream and I woke up crying and knowing I was going to win and go to his home. I told the children and Sam that they needed to be very brave and strong, because it was going to be heavy duty.

Before I left for the taping, Sam told me to please leave the extra terrestrials out of this show. I said that if I did that, they would probably end up in the back yard. Well, that's exactly what happened. I had to carry Richard's flying saucer in the back yard. I did a past life regression on him and he revealed that he was on a Spaceship.

The morning before the Bubble Boy story broke last week, I felt very strongly that something was about to happen. My girlfriend Mary also confirmed that she felt something was about to happen.

About a week ago, I had a very distinct dream where I knew that I was going on the Radio. I didn't know that it would be of this magnitude. In the last week, I have spoken to reporters in Canada, New Zealand, and Australia as well as every news network in the United States.

Yet I am not receiving any e-mails. I know people out there would like to contact me. If you don't receive a reply by e-mail, feel free to call me at 904 471 7792.
Today I was quoted in People magazine. I am not sure why I was chosen to reveal this family, but I definitely know it was no accident.

During the Wife Swap taping, while I was doing the rule change, I warned Richard Heene that his science experiment would blow up in his face one day.
And boy did it.

There is a lot more to this story, but we will have to wait to see it all played out.
In the meantime, I am trying to stay calm and ready for whatever may show up.

HALLOWEEN, October 31st.

For many years Halloween has always been a day of change for me. As far back as when Andrew was a baby. In 1994, I left California to move to Colorado. We left on Halloween. It was hard leaving California, I loved it and I must admit I was leaving my business and my family, so that added to my tension.

Then two years later when Justin was a baby, I left Colorado on Halloween to move to Florida.

In 2001, another major change happened to me at Halloween. I moved into my home by the beach.

Since then, Halloween has always had some particular power. Last year, 08, on Halloween day was when I was notified that I had been selected for the 100th episode of Wife Swap. Halloween was a holiday that was not celerated in England, so it was all new to me as a teenager.

WALKING THE BEACH AFTER A RAIN STORM

Last night a friend of mine came over for us to walk the beach. It was raining quite a bit in the afternoon, but as soon as we arrived at the beach at 6pm, the rain had stopped and the sky was beautiful. We were the only ones at the beach. There were large groups of birds sitting on the sand and as we walked they flew up in the air in formation. We kept walking enjoying the perfect night. Then out in the sea we saw a school of dolphins.

Not one or two, a whole bunch of them. My friend was kind of upset she didn't bring her camera, but we both breathed in the perfect peace.

Promising to remember this beauty in our minds. After the beach we went and had some appetizers and listened to soft acoustic music.

It was a lovely evening.

DEALING WITH COMPUTERS

I think one of the most spiritual challenging things we face in todays age is the computer. Boy do we love it when it is doing what we need. We are able to stay in touch with people, do our work and write that wonderful book. But when it lets us down, it really challenges us to be patient and to find other ways. Kind of like dealing with small children or our teenagers.

On Monday my son's computer decided not to work, it isn't very old and was still under warranty. Little did we know that the warranty entailed giving our computer to Best Buy for two to three weeks. Sure I'm lucky its still under warranty, but two to three weeks!

So we drudgingly pulled out our laptop, Andrew connected it to the monitor and he is able to work on his virtual school assignments.

But now today, I asked him to burn me some CD's and make inserts for my CD's and his CD/DVD track is not working. So there again the computer does not cooperate. But to get upset serves no purpose, I called a friend and she suggested getting it done at a printing place.

So that's what I did for the time being. Its not easy when we become reliant on something or someone else to do what we need done. Nobody sees it the way we do. Even our computers.

I guess its time to go for a walk and have back up plans.

Michael Moore the film maker, someone I truly admire

People often ask me who I admire or who I look up to. That's a difficult thing to answer, there are certain writers like Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra that I certainly agree with and believe have real insight. But admire is another thing.
Michael Moore, the film maker is someone I truly admire. He has real guts. He is not afraid to tell things as they are. He is very brave and honest and he is someone who stands behind his convictions.

In life we often shy away from what we know is right, and we often are too afraid to fight for what we want. Michael Moore is in a position that he can be our voice, but he still needs our help. It was only through marching and coming together were we able to stop the war in Vietnam.

It is up to each person to be brave and speak up. It saddens me how few people write on my forums. I know many people have had experiences that are out of the ordinary, yet they come in and view the posts but do not submit their own stories.

Why?

By sharing with others and speaking out, we can help people to understand their experiences.

Life has a real magical quality to it, and nothing in this world has ever changed by someone being shy and not willing to stand behind their convictions.

Stop believing that what you do does not count. It does. Every job, every act of warmth and caring counts. Speak out, have a voice and be willing to not fit in. We were not designed to be robots, thats why we are all different.

THIS PAST WEEKEND

I was honored to meet three very nice women this past weekend who came to St. Augustine to visit and have readings with me They all met in the army together and have remained friends. They have moved on with their lives but their bond is strong.
Two of them had psychic readings and one did a medium reading. Then I did a group medium reading with all three of them.

My readings have definitely changed over the years. When I first started out I just did psychic readings, but my personal development has grown to where I am a bridge for the other side, delivering messages from loved ones that have passed.
As a psychic medium I am clairaudient and clairsentient, this means that I receive the information in my inner ear and I physically feel the entity using my body. When they come through they start moving my hands differently and they sometimes make me stand up and walk around. One of the girls commented that I even got up and walked just like her grandmother would have.

I feel the spirit in me, and when they are done, they just slip out. I am aware of what I am saying at all times and its just my body they use. It's an honor to do this kind of work. So many people are hurting when they lose a loved one, especially unexpectedly, that being a medium brings such comfort and peace to them.
Our loved ones never leave us and just because they are not on the earth does not mean they stop watching over us or loving us.

I usually do my medium readings while holding a picture of the person you wish to contact or an item that belonged to them, but sometimes people can come through that you have not asked to connect with, especially when they have a message for you. I am not in control of who comes to visit.

I must admit I can get very tired after doing medium work and I often need time in between to rest. Psychic readings are not as draining on my body. I enjoy doing them both.

MY EX GRANDMOTHER DIED TODAY, A LADY BEFORE HER TIME

Rita Silver was a remarkable lady. She died today at 104 years old. I remember when I first met her in 1985, she told me there was no such thing as old age. It was all in the mind.

Rita came from Latvia as a violin player when she was young. She left her family and came to America. Her family were killed by the Nazis. She made a life for herself and got married and had two boys.

She was one of those ladies that was before her time, she read medical journals and all types of literature about health. She believed in the power of the mind. She became her version of vegetarian. She ate basically the same thing every day of her life. Cottage cheese & fruit, canned and fresh.

Even after she lost her hearing she kept playing the violin every day and did her exercises. For many years she walked for several miles a day. She accepted me as family from the second I met her and would love to take me to her bedroom and put make up on me and do my hair. I never asked her to; it was something she enjoyed doing for me. We had wonderful talks about health and well being.

She definately inspired me and when I became vegetarian in 1993 she was very supportive.

I won't say she had a good life, because it was a hard life. Her husband had polio and he was confined to a wheel chair and she took care of him for many years. But she always had a positive attitude. What a special lady

AN EVENING OF COMEDY BY JIM BREUER

Last night Sam and I got tickets to see Jim Breuer, he is a comedian that was on Saturday night live. I had previously met Jim when I was on his radio show at Serius Radio in New York City. This was in 2008. I came as a guest and we had a great time talking about metaphysics to homeschooling. At the time he invited me to come back and do a past life regression for him and go back on and talk about it.
I was unable to get hold of him and have wanted to for about a year. But spirit made that happen for me, last night. Jim Breuer came to my neck of the woods.
The show was wonderful and extremely funny. He is a very talented man who made me laugh without using profanity and a mean spirit.

After the show everyone was lined up to see him and get a signed DVD. I waited until everyone had gone and I walked up to him.

I gave him my card and he recognized me from his show. He had already started homeschooling his kids. I gave him some more book ideas and we talked about getting together to do some past life work sometime. Currently he is touring and looking to do more TV.

If he comes to your town, definately go to see him and tell him Sheree sent you.
Laughter truly is the best medicine, it keeps you in the moment where nothing else matters.

THE VALUE OF JOURNALING

Ever since I was a kid in England I have kept journals. My first journals were those with that little lock and key. Everything felt so important when we were thirteen. Over the years my journals have changed. At first they were filled with all my emotions and angers and frustration. And lets not forget boys. But now they are more about my dreams and my kids, and just basically coping with my fears.
Journaling has been a life line for me, a best friend. Someone I could confide in without anyone holding it against me. Kind of like a dog that never talks, yet brings so much comfort.

Its rare for a day to go by without me wanting to write. I always recommend to my clients that they start journaling. It is very powerful. It allows you to get rid of the stuff that is circulating in your mind over and over. It is great therapy. Most people don't realize how empowering it can be to express themselves on paper. If you are worried about others reading your journals, keep it with you.

Try it, you'll love it!.

Maybe you have a book in you and don't know it.

BIKE RIDING IN WASHINGTON OAKS STATE PARK

Sam and I decided to be adventurous today. We strapped our bikes on the back of our car and drove the thirteen miles to Washington Oaks State Park, just south of St. Augustine, Florida. It is a beautiful park full of nature, trees and trails. We parked the car in the lot and took off for our bike adventure.

We rode through the hiking trails for about an hour, stopping occasionally for a drink of water and to rest. Its been a long time since I have gone on a long bike ride and even though I walk the beach, this was definately using different muscles.
It was practically deserted and very peaceful. Sometimes we could ride together, but often the trail became narrow and we had to ride single file. I loved being amongst the tall trees and listening to the birds singing. There was a perfect breeze from the shade. Even though it was a very warm day, it was very pleasant.
We stopped by the gardens and watched the dragonflies and butterflies. I was shocked to see blue and pink dragonflies. I had no idea that they came in those colors. It was spectacular. They just danced on the pond water. I was so sad that I didn't bring a camera. The ponds were filled with small and large fish. It was quite a sight!

After our bike ride we picked a perfect picnic bench to have our tasty lunch. A squirrel came to join us and we enjoyed giving him tortilla chips. Every time we did, he would run up a tree and eat it upside down.

I was reminded of when I was a kid and we used to go into the forest to look for acorns. We are really blessed to have such a nice park nearby, we will have to come more often.

AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE FOR ALL AMERICANS

There is something I feel very strongly about and that is healthcare. I really don't understand what we are all debating about. For the people who don't have health care and cannot afford it, there is no debate, we want it.

I was raised in England and as you all know England gives their citizens health care. If you are sick you can go to the doctor at anytime.

When I was small I was bitten by the neighbors dog, my parents rushed me to the hospital across the street and they took care of me immediately, my leg had stitches and I was out playing again the next day. My parents didn't have to worry about whether they could afford to take me, they didn't have to mortgage their house to take me to the hospital. It was all provided.

I believe as a civilized country, it is time we cared in America about our citizens. Not just the rich ones, but everyone. We pride ourselves by always saying we are a religious country and that we believe in God. We help other countries when they face difficult circumstances. Yet we turn our back on our neighbors and friends.

Face it folks, people cannot afford health care. Fact. People are being turned down everyday by insurance companies for pre existing health problems. People are avoiding doctors who could save their lives because they cannot afford to go. Facts.
The insurance companies are running our lives.

We need to take back our health care from the pharmaceutical companies and the insurance companies.

We are the government. It will be our health care plan.

Don't let people give you horror stories about how the health care will be worse. For those that still want private insurance and can afford it, they can have it. But for those of us, that just want to go to the doctor without it costing a fortune for every test he prescribes, we just want to be able to go.

Please stop all the bickering back and forth. We need affordable health care in this country.

Its time we lived what we preached in this country. Care about others less fortunate than yourself.

What would Jesus do? He believed everyone should be healthy. He believed in loving everyone.

Start caring America.

Vote yes for everyone to have affordable health care.

I believe it will be the beginning of wonderful things for our country if we make this change for the citizens.

DEALING WITH DISAPOINTMENTS

This is a tough one for most people to handle. Remember the saying "Don't count your chickens....."

We can often set ourselves up for disapointment. We make plans to do something, which appears to be very good for us, whether it is for financial gains or meeting someone special or anything. And then we get that dreaded phone call: it's been called off, or the guy has gone back to his wife or whatever!

It is hurtful. Sometimes when people disapoint us, they give us no warning. We are due to go and meet someone at eleven, for example. We are about to walk out of the house, and we have a hunch to call them and confirm. Then we hear the upsetting response. "Oh, sorry, I am going to have to cancel." Why do people not call? Why do they make plans and then cancel for a very lame excuse?

This happened to me today, but I chose to not let this person disturb my peace of mind. I was feeling positive all day, and then Wham! She sent me a zinger. Instead of ruining my whole day about it, I looked at it differently. I decided to jump in the car with Sam, and we took a drive in the oposite direction from where we were supposed to go and we had a nice time. There was very little traffic, and we checked out a deli we had heard about instead. I bought some bagels, and because it was 3pm, I got an extra six bagels for free. A little gift. When I got home, the person had left my mind and I continued my day.

Sometimes it's not easy to do that. But the other option was to cause myself a lot of distress. Things do work out in the end and sometimes we do not see the reason why something is happening. The only option we have is how we look at it. Being positive is much more productive for our minds and bodies.

DEALING WITH PLUMBERS

Last week we found a leak under our sink. Sam didn't feel that he could fix it himself, so he did what most people do, they grab the yellow pages, and call a plumber. Unfortunetely the one Sam called ended up being a crook. He was nice enough at first, and said he would only charge $35 to come out and see the problem. So that day he was out tinkering under our sink. A foreign place for me.
It turned out he tried to fix something but that didn't work. Then he needed to replace the faucet he said. Which didn't have any leaks before he showed up. Then he took apart another pipe that led to the garbage disposal and put some gunk in it. And said all was fixed.

Well, we soon found out that the pipe he put some gunk in was now leaking when you put the garbage disposal on. We did what anyone would do: call him back. Of course when he left, he'd said that if we had a problem to call him.

This time it was a ruder man on the telephone. He claims he originally came out for our faucet leaking, that he was just doing us a favor when he was charging $35, and now if we want him to come out, the visit will cost $75. I tried arguing with him, but he was sticking to his story.

Sam is on his way to Ace Hardware to see if there is something he can buy for it.
When we call someone, just because they are in the yellow pages and have a business that doesn't mean they are not crooked.

Its a sad place we are in. We want to believe the best about someone, because we want to trust. I let Sam handle it all. Would I have picked a different plumber intuitively, I don't know. All I know is that we were robbed.

A psychic in a thunderstorm

Today I made the mistake to go walking St. Augustine Beach at 2pm. At first the weather seemed fine, nice and breezy, the water felt great.

But almost out of the blue, I was at least a mile away from my pick up spot, where Sam comes and gets me. The heavens opened up, it started thundering and lightning. At first I didn't want to get my feet out of the water, but after a few minutes I realized it wasn't a good idea. I walked on the dry sand, but then it started pouring rain. So I picked up my pace as the lightening was striking all around me and the heavens were blaring with thunder, and the rain was soaking me. I saw all the cars pull off the beach, none were kind enough to come up to me and see if I needed a ride or shelter. I just walked as fast as I could trying to stay calm. I knew at any point I could get hit and be in real danger. I tried not to think about it.

I sent white light out all around myself to protect me, from my head to my toe.
I was extremely pleased when I saw Sam's car pull up. He said he got stuck in traffic or he would have been there sooner.

That is the closest I have ever been to being in real danger. I guess other times come to mind also, when I was diagnosed with melanoma on my face. I ended up having it all cut out. It still makes me a little nervous so I usually wear a sun hat. As a young girl of seventeen, I had just learned to drive and I got into a car accident, where my car was totaled on the freeway. I actually walked away without a scratch, just a little whiplash. At that time, I knew I was protected, it felt like I was just lifted out of the car and then plopped back in it when the car came to a stop.

Having C-sections with my children were also dangerous, but I didn't think about it at the time. I just wanted to be a mum. When I think about it, we are always in danger, driving the roads, walking at night, sickness, flying.

I guess the way to deal with it is to just have faith. Faith that if it's our time to die, it will happen, no matter what we do. But if it isn't, we will be okay.
Was the walk on the beach today part of a much bigger lesson for me?

Evening out with my son Andrew

Tonight Andrew and I went out to see a play together "Foreigner" at the Limelight Theater here in St. Augustine. It was so nice to be with him.

He is so grown up, sometimes I have such amazement that he is almost sixteen. I remember sixteen, it was the year that I first attended school in the United States. Andrew and I both share the love of the theater. When I was sixteen I got involved in the school plays at my first high school in New Jersey. From that time till today I still have the bug as they call it, once theater gets in your bones it really sticks. Andrew feels the same way as I do, he can't wait to be in his next play. Sometimes I think about participating again myself.

The play was very entertaining and we both laughed alot. I attented college originally to be an actress, but I really couldn't cut all the competition. Andrew has alot more confidence on the stage than I did. One time I remember shaking so bad, the book I was to drop stood straight up. Everyone was so shocked. I don't remember anything, I was too nervous.

I have gotten the kids a lot of old musicals to watch, and they both enjoy them. We also own all the Lucy episodes and they get a kick out of her.

BEING SPOTTED ON OUR TRIP

Its a strange thing being on TV. People came over to us the whole time we were on vacation. A little girl ran over to me in Graceland, and said giggling, I saw you on TV. She seemed just as excited to meet us as being in Elvis's home. Then we got a quick snack, and a family recognized us and we all started talking about our Wifeswap experience.. This happened almost everyday. We were in Nashville at a club BB King with the boys and one of the band members came over to our table and said Wifeswap was his favorite show, and shook all our hands. Actually a day didn't go by without someone recognizing us in restaurants and on the street.

We traveled to North Michigan and enjoyed everywhere we went. Lake Michigan was beautiful and full of peace and harmony.

I felt a renewal of my soul. We met our friends, and stayed in Beulah in a rustic type Motel, the oldest one in Beulah. It was walking distance to the lake.
Everywhere we drove, there were trees and lakes. I forgot how beautiful our country is. The weather was perfect and the boys were away from their computers and enjoying nature. They went on Mopeds for their first time and enjoyed themselves. Beulah has one of the oldest drive in movies and the boys had a great time at the drive-in.

At first they were very resistent to going away, they didn't want to leave home, but I after the trip they admitted, it was one of the best getaways they have had. I have taken them many places and I believe travel is very important for children. It allows them to experience something different. They made friends with kids that live on an indian reservation and were humbled by a younger boy that taught them to ride their mopeds and who knew how to drive. Being on a long drive, bonded us as a family and that is the best part of the whole experience.

VISITING GRACELAND, AS A PSYCHIC

We just got back from our family getaway. Our first stop was Memphis, Tennesee. Even though I have been there once before I felt compelled to go back again with my children. We spent the night in Tupelo. We ended up going the wrong way and was led, I believe to see Elvis's birth home. Andrew my son and I took the tour of the two room wooden home. It was where Elvis was born and lived until he was three.

When we entered we were the only people there with the tour guide. I didn't feel alot of energy in the birth room and the room he slept with his parents, but in the kitchen there was very heavy strong energy. While talking with the Lady, she told about Elvis introducing his daughter to Michael Jackson, he had arranged for Michael to come and sing for Lisa Marie, when she was young. As soon as she said that, I felt chills on my arms and down my spine, and the hair stood up on my arms. That is always an indication of a spirit present to me.

I felt extremely connected to the whole event and was glad we got lost.
We were then off to Graceland. There are several rooms that truly have very strong presence of Elvis and helped me to connect to him in a different way. The strongest energy was in his TV room. I feel that he really enjoyed that space. And also in the animal/recording room. It had alot of deep, complicated energy. The most impressive emotional energy is in the raquetball room. It was where Elvis spent time before he died. The emotion was very intense.

Even if you do not like Elvis, it is something you should do in your life. His presence is still very strong in his home, he loved his fans and his accomplishments and giving nature make him someone to always remember. I know my children were moved by the experience. Even Sam who doesn't like his music, was very impressed by Graceland.

STRANGE OCCURENCES

In my home, which is a brand new home that I moved in nine years ago, we live with our everyday spirits. The spirits do not appear to us visually but we are all well aware that they are there. They appear to us as noises on our windows. They are sharp pings, like the sound of something hitting the window, but there is nothing physically outside causing this. They always make noises when Sam and I are talking about something important or something they wish to confirm to us. Sometimes they cause our water dispenser to gurgle out of the blue to get our attention.

They are very active while I do phone readings. Pinging away with the things I talk about. The last class I taught, the students experienced the gurgling of the dispenser and were shocked. I had warned them of it before.

I am not scared by these occurences, I just accept them as normal.

People often believe that Ghosts or spirits only live in old houses, that is not true. Every home has house spirits, some make themselves more known than others. I see them as protectors of the home and at other times as messengers. They do not do anything to harm us, they just like to let us know when we are saying something on track.

Life is filled with unknowns and questions, I have learned to just accept that there is so much we do not know and to always keep my mind open.
As a child, I would see fairies and elves in our garden. In fact I would chase them around the tree. It seemed nobody else saw them but me, but I experienced them as my friends. The same way as I see my pinging window friends.
