Evening out with my son Andrew

Tonight Andrew and I went out to see a play together "Foreigner" at the Limelight Theater here in St. Augustine. It was so nice to be with him.

He is so grown up, sometimes I have such amazement that he is almost sixteen. I remember sixteen, it was the year that I first attended school in the United States. Andrew and I both share the love of the theater. When I was sixteen I got involved in the school plays at my first high school in New Jersey. From that time till today I still have the bug as they call it, once theater gets in your bones it really sticks. Andrew feels the same way as I do, he can't wait to be in his next play. Sometimes I think about participating again myself.

The play was very entertaining and we both laughed alot. I attented college originally to be an actress, but I really couldn't cut all the competition. Andrew has alot more confidence on the stage than I did. One time I remember shaking so bad, the book I was to drop stood straight up. Everyone was so shocked. I don't remember anything, I was too nervous.

I have gotten the kids a lot of old musicals to watch, and they both enjoy them. We also own all the Lucy episodes and they get a kick out of her.

MY KIDS AT THE LIMELIGHT THEATER IN ST. AUGUSTINE

Yesterday was opening day for the play Godspell Jr. Some people were seated patiently others were still coming in. Out comes Justin, my son, he grabs his guitar on stage and starts to play. I feel a rush of joy in my heart. He played a couple of songs, Adam , another boy came out and played and the show began.
The performance was filled with beautiful music, kids of all ages, and happiness. The show was part of a summer camp that Justin has been going to for four weeks. Andrew my oldest son is the stage manager and was up in the booth running the lights and sound.

Both kids love the theater and have been in several plays over the years. They seem to bond deeply with the kids in each play. Its been a joy to see them perform. Justin played several songs on the guitar and did a great job in his character.

I have that same love of the theater, as a young child in London we would go to several plays and musicals. When I came to America and attended High School at fifteen, I immediately tried out for the school plays. The friendships I made were the best part. There is a bond that is hard to describe. I continued my passion at college and was very active in the theater dept. At one point I wanted to get an agent and pursue this dream, but I soon realized that it wasn't the right road for me. I didn't feel I was talented enough or determined enough to be an actress.
I never knew then that years later I would be on TV with my family, not just once but twice.

Andrew tells me over and over that he wants to be an actor. I feel that if that is what he wants, its what he should do. Justin says he wants to be a musician.
Dreams are important and I know that life has a purpose, there are no accidents. If this is what my children love then I encourage them to go for their dreams.

JUDAS PRIEST COMES TO ST. AUGUSTINE AMPITHEATER

August 2009 Judas Priest will come to the St. Augustine ampitheater. I was first introduced to the music of Judas Priest on my second appearance on ABC TV Wife Swap. The show picked the song, "Breaking the Law" for Sam and the boys to perform live in Orlando. Andrew and Justin were given electric guitars and Sam got a drum set. The episode aired March 2009 and I was introduced to the band. I thought it was an interesting song that they picked this for the boys to play.

So I decided to research the band. I was shocked to find out, that they had just released a brand new album called NOSTRADAMUS. I immediately went and bought it. I couldn't believe it, the whole album was about Nostradamus. The music was amazing, and it greatly moved me.

Here was a rock band talking about a great mystic. Of all the bands for Wife swap to pick, this is the one they chose. I had to ask myself is this a coincidence. Remember I do not believe in coincidences.

You can imagine my surprise when I heard Judas Priest was coming to St. Augustine. Sam immediately went and got us tickets. I am looking forward to the concert in August and I hope others buy their album and learn more about Nostradamus.

Spiritual Walks on St. Augustine Beach

Often when my energy gets low or I have had a busy day with my clients, I go walking on the beach. As soon as I breath the fresh ocean air and my feet touch the sand I feel better. As a psychic I am very sensitive to energy especially from others. My body often acts like a sponge and the ocean acts like an inner cleansing machine for me. Today was one of those days. The air was very heavy but the ocean breeze made it lighter.

The water was perfect and I dipped myself in the ocean before I began. When I walk I meditate, I clear my mind of all thoughts and I just allow my spirit to flow along with my bare feet touching the water. I do not pay attention to others around me, I become focused within.

I walk for 45 minutes and by then I am clear and refreshed.

I dreamed for many years to live by the ocean, so when I first arrived in St. Augustine and rented a house at the beach, I thought I died and went to heaven. Without my beach, I would feel sad. Maybe its the mermaid in me. I believe we all have different spiritual energy, some people have strong fairy energy, some have mountain energy. My spirit is happy at the beach and in the water. I never tire of walking the beach. Its the best medicine I know and I often suggest it to my clients.

Happy walks........

A DESTINED MEETING IN ST. AUGUSTINE

Even though I believe Sam and I met astrally on St. Augustine Beach, which I have already written about, our physical meeting in the flesh came later.
I was working with a client and he was aware that I was recently divorced. He suggested that I attend a singles group that he read about in our local newspaper, The St. Augustine Record.. I thought about it, made a phone call and decided to attend the next meeting that was held at Harry's in downtown St. Augustine.

When I walked in I noticed alot of people of different age groups. I spoke to several people and had a nice evening. The next group meeting was held at The Comedy Club in St. Augustine Beach. I decided to get a group of my single friends together and we all went.

We sat at a large table and had a really nice evening. I couldn't help but notice a man sitting at the next table. He spent all evening looking at me, but we didn't talk.

Several days later I received a call from a friend of mine Greg, that had been at the Comedy Club with us. He asked if I noticed a guy at the next table. I told him I did. He said he had just played cards with Sam and he felt we had alot in common and he wanted us to meet.

It turned out we had both been married in 1986 within two weeks of eachother and now he was also recently divorced and relatively new to St. Augustine. It was now the beginning of 2002. Sam did not have any children, but I had two.

I agreed to meet Sam at the next group meeting that was to be held at Arnold's, a club here in town. Sam and I arrived at the same time, I brought several friends with me and we all sat down at a large table. The next thing I knew, Stacey, the group coordinator was bringing Sam over to our table and plopped him down next to me. She was completely unaware of the arrangement Sam and I had to meet. She said later that she just felt he belonged at my table.

Sam and I talked and we danced several times. There was a strong electric type energy between us. All evening I felt compelled to keep touching his arm. It was like I was checking that he was real, subconsciously. We had a great evening. It was several more club meetings before we actually started dating each other and we have been together ever since.

St. Augustine Beach UFOs

I first arrived in St. Augustine in 1997. Soon after I arrived I started to have dreams about UFO's. In one of the dreams I was in the ocean, and there were several dolphins surrounding me. For some reason I could breath under the water and the dolphins took me deep in the ocean to an underwater ship. I don't remember much else but I woke up with a very strong peace.

Another time I dreamed that a ship came out of the ocean. It was beautiful and all the dolphins were jumping all around it. Since that time, I have been very aware of UFO's and extra terrestrials in my life, but especially when I am at or on the ocean. I have written about some of my other experiences in my first book, A Voice From Heaven.

At first I was very shocked by it, but as a hypnotherapist and psychic I have met alot of clients that have had similar experiences at the ocean here in St. Augustine. I have learned to accept my experiences and others and believe that this is a magnificient universe and all things are possible.

Alot of people come to St. Augustine for our ghost walks, but walking and being by our ocean is even more magical. I have often married people at the ocean and the experience is always life changing. Several years ago I held a group drum circle on the beach. It was fantastic and everyone felt a connection to great spirit. We were all one. People still talk about it when I bump into them.

Take a look at my website, www.shereesilver.com for more about me and UFO experiences, and sign in to my forum to discuss your experiences.

Walking in St. Augustine's Ghost Town

I believe we definitely have spirits of ghosts walking our streets. As a psychic I am highly sensitive to energy. My partner and I often stroll along the streets at night after we have gone to dinner or an event. The energy is very thick especially in the back alleys and side streets.

The cobblestone streets are filled with ghost soldiers walking around. There have been times the hair has stood up on my arms, which has always been a sign that there is a spirit present.

Why do the ghosts live here? I believe that spirits often come to places they have lived before. Sometimes they have such an attachment to a certain place they do not want to leave. When I came to live in St. Augustine I was called to live here. I arrived and found it to be very quiet and peaceful.

It was not what I was looking for at first, but my mind soon changed when I went to St. Augustine Beach. The beaches are magical. St. Augustine is the oldest city and still has the spirit left from the Indians. The first time I went to the fort, it was hard to hold back my tears. I felt the pain of the indians and the need for the town to heal.

Life here is interesting and everyday is different. My clients have come from all over the world and have been transformed from our city.

Being a psychic in Ghost Town St. Augustine Beach

iI feel the strongest energy in St. Augustine is at the beach; Crescent beach and St. Augustine beach. I use the beach to rejuvinate my energy. I can be completely stressed, but when my feet touch the sand and I stare out at the beautiful sea I become peaceful. It is magical.

Sometimes tourists to not get a chance to come to our beaches and that is a shame. A day at our beach is like a week at a resort.

When I first moved to St. Augustine, the beach became a teleportation place for me. I was very unhappy in my marriage and when I would walk the beach I was immediately transformed.

I met my future mate from walking the beach. I would arrive at the beach and all of a sudden I would feel someone talking to me. I am clairaudient which means I hear spirit talking to me. At first I just thought I was making it up. But each time I would arrive at the beach the ghost would come and say hi. This went on for over six months. Sometimes the spirit ghost would just walk with me holding my hand, and sometimes we would dance on the beach together. I kept calling him my imaginary friend. The voice kept insisting he was real and that a day would come when we would meet in person.

At the time I was writing a book with my grandfather, A Voice from Heaven, it was a medium book. My grandfather had passed on. So I was used to talking to someone who was dead. But my imaginary ghost friend was different. He kept saying we would meet in person. One day after talking to him, I said my goodbyes and walked home. But he did not leave my side.

I went into my kitchen to get a drink of water from the tap and he had his arms around me from behind. From that day forward he became so real to me, more loving and real than my own husband. Within a year I was seperated from my husband.
My special friend never left my side. A year later I believe we did meet in person and have been with each other ever since. My imaginary friend was Sam.

Going on a St. Augustine Ghost Tour

When I first moved to St. Augustine in 1997 there were no ghost tours, but as the years went on one appeared, then two and now we have so many. My first experience as a psychic going on the tour of our town was very interesting. The ghost tour involved going down town to St. George Street.

We stood in the doorway of a retail store while the girl described what happened in the store. All of a sudden the light went off and then several minutes went back on. The young man that worked in the store was later a city official of St. Augustine. Then we were in a restaurant and I went to the bathroom. The restaurant was Harrys in town. In the bathroom window I saw an image of a lady. She was later described as someone who used to live there.

Part of the tour involved going to the cemetry, there were several trees and on the trees I saw ghosts of children playing.

As a psychic I am very sensitive to energy and when I walk around our streets there are times when I feel a sense of uneasiness. I feel soldiers still roam our streets at night.

I believe that St. Augustine has opened themselves up to having ghosts. Ask and you will receive. I am not saying they were not here before, but I believe with intent all things are possible.
