People often ask me who I admire or who I look up to. That's a difficult thing to answer, there are certain writers like Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra that I certainly agree with and believe have real insight. But admire is another thing.
Michael Moore, the film maker is someone I truly admire. He has real guts. He is not afraid to tell things as they are. He is very brave and honest and he is someone who stands behind his convictions.
In life we often shy away from what we know is right, and we often are too afraid to fight for what we want. Michael Moore is in a position that he can be our voice, but he still needs our help. It was only through marching and coming together were we able to stop the war in Vietnam.
It is up to each person to be brave and speak up. It saddens me how few people write on my forums. I know many people have had experiences that are out of the ordinary, yet they come in and view the posts but do not submit their own stories.
Why?
By sharing with others and speaking out, we can help people to understand their experiences.
Life has a real magical quality to it, and nothing in this world has ever changed by someone being shy and not willing to stand behind their convictions.
Stop believing that what you do does not count. It does. Every job, every act of warmth and caring counts. Speak out, have a voice and be willing to not fit in. We were not designed to be robots, thats why we are all different.

THIS PAST WEEKEND
I was honored to meet three very nice women this past weekend who came to St. Augustine to visit and have readings with me They all met in the army together and have remained friends. They have moved on with their lives but their bond is strong.
Two of them had psychic readings and one did a medium reading. Then I did a group medium reading with all three of them.
My readings have definitely changed over the years. When I first started out I just did psychic readings, but my personal development has grown to where I am a bridge for the other side, delivering messages from loved ones that have passed.
As a psychic medium I am clairaudient and clairsentient, this means that I receive the information in my inner ear and I physically feel the entity using my body. When they come through they start moving my hands differently and they sometimes make me stand up and walk around. One of the girls commented that I even got up and walked just like her grandmother would have.
I feel the spirit in me, and when they are done, they just slip out. I am aware of what I am saying at all times and its just my body they use. It's an honor to do this kind of work. So many people are hurting when they lose a loved one, especially unexpectedly, that being a medium brings such comfort and peace to them.
Our loved ones never leave us and just because they are not on the earth does not mean they stop watching over us or loving us.
I usually do my medium readings while holding a picture of the person you wish to contact or an item that belonged to them, but sometimes people can come through that you have not asked to connect with, especially when they have a message for you. I am not in control of who comes to visit.
I must admit I can get very tired after doing medium work and I often need time in between to rest. Psychic readings are not as draining on my body. I enjoy doing them both.

MY EX GRANDMOTHER DIED TODAY, A LADY BEFORE HER TIME
Rita Silver was a remarkable lady. She died today at 104 years old. I remember when I first met her in 1985, she told me there was no such thing as old age. It was all in the mind.
Rita came from Latvia as a violin player when she was young. She left her family and came to America. Her family were killed by the Nazis. She made a life for herself and got married and had two boys.
She was one of those ladies that was before her time, she read medical journals and all types of literature about health. She believed in the power of the mind. She became her version of vegetarian. She ate basically the same thing every day of her life. Cottage cheese & fruit, canned and fresh.
Even after she lost her hearing she kept playing the violin every day and did her exercises. For many years she walked for several miles a day. She accepted me as family from the second I met her and would love to take me to her bedroom and put make up on me and do my hair. I never asked her to; it was something she enjoyed doing for me. We had wonderful talks about health and well being.
She definately inspired me and when I became vegetarian in 1993 she was very supportive.
I won't say she had a good life, because it was a hard life. Her husband had polio and he was confined to a wheel chair and she took care of him for many years. But she always had a positive attitude. What a special lady

AN EVENING OF COMEDY BY JIM BREUER
Last night Sam and I got tickets to see Jim Breuer, he is a comedian that was on Saturday night live. I had previously met Jim when I was on his radio show at Serius Radio in New York City. This was in 2008. I came as a guest and we had a great time talking about metaphysics to homeschooling. At the time he invited me to come back and do a past life regression for him and go back on and talk about it.
I was unable to get hold of him and have wanted to for about a year. But spirit made that happen for me, last night. Jim Breuer came to my neck of the woods.
The show was wonderful and extremely funny. He is a very talented man who made me laugh without using profanity and a mean spirit.
After the show everyone was lined up to see him and get a signed DVD. I waited until everyone had gone and I walked up to him.
I gave him my card and he recognized me from his show. He had already started homeschooling his kids. I gave him some more book ideas and we talked about getting together to do some past life work sometime. Currently he is touring and looking to do more TV.
If he comes to your town, definately go to see him and tell him Sheree sent you.
Laughter truly is the best medicine, it keeps you in the moment where nothing else matters.

THE VALUE OF JOURNALING
Ever since I was a kid in England I have kept journals. My first journals were those with that little lock and key. Everything felt so important when we were thirteen. Over the years my journals have changed. At first they were filled with all my emotions and angers and frustration. And lets not forget boys. But now they are more about my dreams and my kids, and just basically coping with my fears.
Journaling has been a life line for me, a best friend. Someone I could confide in without anyone holding it against me. Kind of like a dog that never talks, yet brings so much comfort.
Its rare for a day to go by without me wanting to write. I always recommend to my clients that they start journaling. It is very powerful. It allows you to get rid of the stuff that is circulating in your mind over and over. It is great therapy. Most people don't realize how empowering it can be to express themselves on paper. If you are worried about others reading your journals, keep it with you.
Try it, you'll love it!.
Maybe you have a book in you and don't know it.

BIKE RIDING IN WASHINGTON OAKS STATE PARK
Sam and I decided to be adventurous today. We strapped our bikes on the back of our car and drove the thirteen miles to Washington Oaks State Park, just south of St. Augustine, Florida. It is a beautiful park full of nature, trees and trails. We parked the car in the lot and took off for our bike adventure.
We rode through the hiking trails for about an hour, stopping occasionally for a drink of water and to rest. Its been a long time since I have gone on a long bike ride and even though I walk the beach, this was definately using different muscles.
It was practically deserted and very peaceful. Sometimes we could ride together, but often the trail became narrow and we had to ride single file. I loved being amongst the tall trees and listening to the birds singing. There was a perfect breeze from the shade. Even though it was a very warm day, it was very pleasant.
We stopped by the gardens and watched the dragonflies and butterflies. I was shocked to see blue and pink dragonflies. I had no idea that they came in those colors. It was spectacular. They just danced on the pond water. I was so sad that I didn't bring a camera. The ponds were filled with small and large fish. It was quite a sight!
After our bike ride we picked a perfect picnic bench to have our tasty lunch. A squirrel came to join us and we enjoyed giving him tortilla chips. Every time we did, he would run up a tree and eat it upside down.
I was reminded of when I was a kid and we used to go into the forest to look for acorns. We are really blessed to have such a nice park nearby, we will have to come more often.

AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE FOR ALL AMERICANS
There is something I feel very strongly about and that is healthcare. I really don't understand what we are all debating about. For the people who don't have health care and cannot afford it, there is no debate, we want it.
I was raised in England and as you all know England gives their citizens health care. If you are sick you can go to the doctor at anytime.
When I was small I was bitten by the neighbors dog, my parents rushed me to the hospital across the street and they took care of me immediately, my leg had stitches and I was out playing again the next day. My parents didn't have to worry about whether they could afford to take me, they didn't have to mortgage their house to take me to the hospital. It was all provided.
I believe as a civilized country, it is time we cared in America about our citizens. Not just the rich ones, but everyone. We pride ourselves by always saying we are a religious country and that we believe in God. We help other countries when they face difficult circumstances. Yet we turn our back on our neighbors and friends.
Face it folks, people cannot afford health care. Fact. People are being turned down everyday by insurance companies for pre existing health problems. People are avoiding doctors who could save their lives because they cannot afford to go. Facts.
The insurance companies are running our lives.
We need to take back our health care from the pharmaceutical companies and the insurance companies.
We are the government. It will be our health care plan.
Don't let people give you horror stories about how the health care will be worse. For those that still want private insurance and can afford it, they can have it. But for those of us, that just want to go to the doctor without it costing a fortune for every test he prescribes, we just want to be able to go.
Please stop all the bickering back and forth. We need affordable health care in this country.
Its time we lived what we preached in this country. Care about others less fortunate than yourself.
What would Jesus do? He believed everyone should be healthy. He believed in loving everyone.
Start caring America.
Vote yes for everyone to have affordable health care.
I believe it will be the beginning of wonderful things for our country if we make this change for the citizens.

DEALING WITH DISAPOINTMENTS
This is a tough one for most people to handle. Remember the saying "Don't count your chickens....."
We can often set ourselves up for disapointment. We make plans to do something, which appears to be very good for us, whether it is for financial gains or meeting someone special or anything. And then we get that dreaded phone call: it's been called off, or the guy has gone back to his wife or whatever!
It is hurtful. Sometimes when people disapoint us, they give us no warning. We are due to go and meet someone at eleven, for example. We are about to walk out of the house, and we have a hunch to call them and confirm. Then we hear the upsetting response. "Oh, sorry, I am going to have to cancel." Why do people not call? Why do they make plans and then cancel for a very lame excuse?
This happened to me today, but I chose to not let this person disturb my peace of mind. I was feeling positive all day, and then Wham! She sent me a zinger. Instead of ruining my whole day about it, I looked at it differently. I decided to jump in the car with Sam, and we took a drive in the oposite direction from where we were supposed to go and we had a nice time. There was very little traffic, and we checked out a deli we had heard about instead. I bought some bagels, and because it was 3pm, I got an extra six bagels for free. A little gift. When I got home, the person had left my mind and I continued my day.
Sometimes it's not easy to do that. But the other option was to cause myself a lot of distress. Things do work out in the end and sometimes we do not see the reason why something is happening. The only option we have is how we look at it. Being positive is much more productive for our minds and bodies.

DEALING WITH PLUMBERS
Last week we found a leak under our sink. Sam didn't feel that he could fix it himself, so he did what most people do, they grab the yellow pages, and call a plumber. Unfortunetely the one Sam called ended up being a crook. He was nice enough at first, and said he would only charge $35 to come out and see the problem. So that day he was out tinkering under our sink. A foreign place for me.
It turned out he tried to fix something but that didn't work. Then he needed to replace the faucet he said. Which didn't have any leaks before he showed up. Then he took apart another pipe that led to the garbage disposal and put some gunk in it. And said all was fixed.
Well, we soon found out that the pipe he put some gunk in was now leaking when you put the garbage disposal on. We did what anyone would do: call him back. Of course when he left, he'd said that if we had a problem to call him.
This time it was a ruder man on the telephone. He claims he originally came out for our faucet leaking, that he was just doing us a favor when he was charging $35, and now if we want him to come out, the visit will cost $75. I tried arguing with him, but he was sticking to his story.
Sam is on his way to Ace Hardware to see if there is something he can buy for it.
When we call someone, just because they are in the yellow pages and have a business that doesn't mean they are not crooked.
Its a sad place we are in. We want to believe the best about someone, because we want to trust. I let Sam handle it all. Would I have picked a different plumber intuitively, I don't know. All I know is that we were robbed.

A psychic in a thunderstorm
Today I made the mistake to go walking St. Augustine Beach at 2pm. At first the weather seemed fine, nice and breezy, the water felt great.
But almost out of the blue, I was at least a mile away from my pick up spot, where Sam comes and gets me. The heavens opened up, it started thundering and lightning. At first I didn't want to get my feet out of the water, but after a few minutes I realized it wasn't a good idea. I walked on the dry sand, but then it started pouring rain. So I picked up my pace as the lightening was striking all around me and the heavens were blaring with thunder, and the rain was soaking me. I saw all the cars pull off the beach, none were kind enough to come up to me and see if I needed a ride or shelter. I just walked as fast as I could trying to stay calm. I knew at any point I could get hit and be in real danger. I tried not to think about it.
I sent white light out all around myself to protect me, from my head to my toe.
I was extremely pleased when I saw Sam's car pull up. He said he got stuck in traffic or he would have been there sooner.
That is the closest I have ever been to being in real danger. I guess other times come to mind also, when I was diagnosed with melanoma on my face. I ended up having it all cut out. It still makes me a little nervous so I usually wear a sun hat. As a young girl of seventeen, I had just learned to drive and I got into a car accident, where my car was totaled on the freeway. I actually walked away without a scratch, just a little whiplash. At that time, I knew I was protected, it felt like I was just lifted out of the car and then plopped back in it when the car came to a stop.
Having C-sections with my children were also dangerous, but I didn't think about it at the time. I just wanted to be a mum. When I think about it, we are always in danger, driving the roads, walking at night, sickness, flying.
I guess the way to deal with it is to just have faith. Faith that if it's our time to die, it will happen, no matter what we do. But if it isn't, we will be okay.
Was the walk on the beach today part of a much bigger lesson for me?

Evening out with my son Andrew
Tonight Andrew and I went out to see a play together "Foreigner" at the Limelight Theater here in St. Augustine. It was so nice to be with him.
He is so grown up, sometimes I have such amazement that he is almost sixteen. I remember sixteen, it was the year that I first attended school in the United States. Andrew and I both share the love of the theater. When I was sixteen I got involved in the school plays at my first high school in New Jersey. From that time till today I still have the bug as they call it, once theater gets in your bones it really sticks. Andrew feels the same way as I do, he can't wait to be in his next play. Sometimes I think about participating again myself.
The play was very entertaining and we both laughed alot. I attented college originally to be an actress, but I really couldn't cut all the competition. Andrew has alot more confidence on the stage than I did. One time I remember shaking so bad, the book I was to drop stood straight up. Everyone was so shocked. I don't remember anything, I was too nervous.
I have gotten the kids a lot of old musicals to watch, and they both enjoy them. We also own all the Lucy episodes and they get a kick out of her.

BEING SPOTTED ON OUR TRIP
Its a strange thing being on TV. People came over to us the whole time we were on vacation. A little girl ran over to me in Graceland, and said giggling, I saw you on TV. She seemed just as excited to meet us as being in Elvis's home. Then we got a quick snack, and a family recognized us and we all started talking about our Wifeswap experience.. This happened almost everyday. We were in Nashville at a club BB King with the boys and one of the band members came over to our table and said Wifeswap was his favorite show, and shook all our hands. Actually a day didn't go by without someone recognizing us in restaurants and on the street.
We traveled to North Michigan and enjoyed everywhere we went. Lake Michigan was beautiful and full of peace and harmony.
I felt a renewal of my soul. We met our friends, and stayed in Beulah in a rustic type Motel, the oldest one in Beulah. It was walking distance to the lake.
Everywhere we drove, there were trees and lakes. I forgot how beautiful our country is. The weather was perfect and the boys were away from their computers and enjoying nature. They went on Mopeds for their first time and enjoyed themselves. Beulah has one of the oldest drive in movies and the boys had a great time at the drive-in.
At first they were very resistent to going away, they didn't want to leave home, but I after the trip they admitted, it was one of the best getaways they have had. I have taken them many places and I believe travel is very important for children. It allows them to experience something different. They made friends with kids that live on an indian reservation and were humbled by a younger boy that taught them to ride their mopeds and who knew how to drive. Being on a long drive, bonded us as a family and that is the best part of the whole experience.

VISITING GRACELAND, AS A PSYCHIC
We just got back from our family getaway. Our first stop was Memphis, Tennesee. Even though I have been there once before I felt compelled to go back again with my children. We spent the night in Tupelo. We ended up going the wrong way and was led, I believe to see Elvis's birth home. Andrew my son and I took the tour of the two room wooden home. It was where Elvis was born and lived until he was three.
When we entered we were the only people there with the tour guide. I didn't feel alot of energy in the birth room and the room he slept with his parents, but in the kitchen there was very heavy strong energy. While talking with the Lady, she told about Elvis introducing his daughter to Michael Jackson, he had arranged for Michael to come and sing for Lisa Marie, when she was young. As soon as she said that, I felt chills on my arms and down my spine, and the hair stood up on my arms. That is always an indication of a spirit present to me.
I felt extremely connected to the whole event and was glad we got lost.
We were then off to Graceland. There are several rooms that truly have very strong presence of Elvis and helped me to connect to him in a different way. The strongest energy was in his TV room. I feel that he really enjoyed that space. And also in the animal/recording room. It had alot of deep, complicated energy. The most impressive emotional energy is in the raquetball room. It was where Elvis spent time before he died. The emotion was very intense.
Even if you do not like Elvis, it is something you should do in your life. His presence is still very strong in his home, he loved his fans and his accomplishments and giving nature make him someone to always remember. I know my children were moved by the experience. Even Sam who doesn't like his music, was very impressed by Graceland.

STRANGE OCCURENCES
In my home, which is a brand new home that I moved in nine years ago, we live with our everyday spirits. The spirits do not appear to us visually but we are all well aware that they are there. They appear to us as noises on our windows. They are sharp pings, like the sound of something hitting the window, but there is nothing physically outside causing this. They always make noises when Sam and I are talking about something important or something they wish to confirm to us. Sometimes they cause our water dispenser to gurgle out of the blue to get our attention.
They are very active while I do phone readings. Pinging away with the things I talk about. The last class I taught, the students experienced the gurgling of the dispenser and were shocked. I had warned them of it before.
I am not scared by these occurences, I just accept them as normal.
People often believe that Ghosts or spirits only live in old houses, that is not true. Every home has house spirits, some make themselves more known than others. I see them as protectors of the home and at other times as messengers. They do not do anything to harm us, they just like to let us know when we are saying something on track.
Life is filled with unknowns and questions, I have learned to just accept that there is so much we do not know and to always keep my mind open.
As a child, I would see fairies and elves in our garden. In fact I would chase them around the tree. It seemed nobody else saw them but me, but I experienced them as my friends. The same way as I see my pinging window friends.

TEA SAVES THE DAY
As a child I grew up in England, but never really drank much tea or coffee. Over the years I have tried it, but it never really did much for me. I mostly drink water. But over the last few years I have suffered alot with stomach issues, mostly digestion. I have a very sensitive stomach.
I see it as part of who I am and what I do. As a psychic I feel things very deeply. Its impossible for me to hear a sad news story and not cry.
I feel everyone's pain. Even if it is a joyous story, like the recent Black in America 2, that was inspirational, I cried. This emotional state does a number on my stomach.
I utilize my clairsentient ability in my psychic work, which is that I feel what others are feeling. My saving grace is always my Organic Peppermint Tea. It doesn't matter what is going on, when I drink the tea, it settles my emotions and my tummy. To me its a wonder tea.
Herbal teas are wonderful, when my kids are sick, out comes the herbal teas for colds, throat comfort etc. I really try to avoid traditional medicine as much as possible. I don't like the side effects. Of course there have been times that I haven't had a choice, but I always counter it with a natural medicine as much as possible.
If occasionally I have trouble sleeping, which barely happens, I will drink some camomile tea, and I am asleep very quickly. Thankyou Peppermint Tea!

A VERY PROUD MOTHER
Before I ever decided to have children, a friend of mine gave me a fascinating book to read by Glenn Doman. How to teach your baby to read. When I read this book it truly inspired me to become a mother. It spoke of how you can teach your baby to read, math and encyclopedia knowlege. I thought how fantastic, what a fabulous reason to become a mum. I wasn't very excited about doing diapers, and loosing sleep, but this felt important.
My decision was made, I was going to be a mum and I was going to order all the teaching tools to begin my baby on the road to success. Andrew came very quickly after my decision was made. While I was pregnant I followed a book called prenatal classroom and started playing the drum beats and classical music to my belly. As soon as Andrew arrived, I had all the single words ready and encyclopedia cards set and everyday of his young life, I would flash them to him and say what the word was or picture.
I made him books on his life. All in large print, with pictures featuring him.
When he was five, I spoke to him about going to real school. He immediately insisted, NO, you will teach me. At first I was a little hesitant, but then I said why not. I looked into it, and decided to form my own private school. A.J. Private school. (andrew, justin).
I took one year at a time, and he flourished. I geared his education to his interests. At the same time Justin came and I followed the same curriculum for him. Playing classical music in the womb, flash cards, math dots and encyclopedia cards that I made.
I am still homeschooling Justin today. Andrew decided last year to go to High School for his Freshman Year. He wanted to try something different.
He did very well, getting straight A's in all his classes. He was on the School newspaper and wrote several articles each issue.
After a year of high school, we found out that if he passed the college placement test, he could do dual enrollment in College at St. Johns River Community college.
Today was the day to find out if he was ready and what a day it has been!
Andrew took just under two hours to take the math and english exam, and when he got done, I asked the lady how he did.
She said, "he did phenomenal, you should be very proud." I couldn't believe it, I was so excited for him. What an opportunity! He is enrolled in Florida Virtual School for the next semester, and will begin college in January 2010 as a dual enrollment student. He will be almost sixteen at that point.
Do I believe, homeschooling and teaching him at birth made a difference? Absolutely. Andrew is a very well rounded person, scholastically and creatively. He utilizes both sides of his brain.
I am a very proud mother.

TAKING ACTION IN OUR LIVES
I did something yesterday on the anniversary of our landing on the moon that I have been thinking of doing for quite a while, but never felt that motiviation to take action until today. Alot of times in life, we think about what we would like to do, or what we will do some day. But often that day never comes. We go to work, come home, watch TV and never really get around to doing those things we say we are going to do.
Life is about living and taking chances, not about staying safe. Status quo, not rocking the boat. These are all excuses from taking those steps necessary to changing our lives and giving ourselves what we truly want.
As I made up my mind to take action, I got a phone call inviting me to take part in an event being held in Palm Coast in October. It was a sign that I was on the right road. Even as a psychic I still need a little nudging to not procrastinate. Life is here now and we have to live it to the fullest without fear.

UTILIZING OUR ST. JOHNS COUNTY LIBRARIES.
The other day while waiting for an appt, I decided to wait at one of our great libraries in town. I forgot how peaceful and joyful that could be.
Sometimes we are so rushed and we forget that we can just check out the latest books for free. Most of the time, I'll rush into Barnes and Noble and buy a book that I want. But today was different, I took my time and checked out two great books.
One of the books has really changed my thinking and understanding about money. Its called " The soul of money" by Lynne Twist.
The book is about how we let money control our thinking and how often every day we worry about whether we will have enough money for.....................
Do we actually already have enough? Are our worries real or is it about all the money we want for future events or future fears? Do we actually live just chassing something that is impossible to get and even if we did get it, would it really make us happy?
In my knowledge of metaphysics, I have learned that we can send out for what we want. But I think the problem a lot of time that is we do not know what we want, or why we want it. I believe that we are way too absorbed with making money and spending money.
From reading the book, I find myself making different choices. Do I really need that new dress? How many clothes do I actually have already in my closet that I haven't worn in a long time? Do I really need to buy those extra snacks?
It isn't about living fearful, its about living our lives with Soul, and knowing we really do have a sufficient amount of everything we need. If we are truly honest with ourselves. If we live with our thoughts in fear. That is exactly what we will attract. Try to make conscious decisions to not worry about money. Live your life consciously, sufficiently and you will have the peace you are looking for.

DOES OUR SOUL HAVE A PLAN?
I believe that we come to this world with a plan. We have made all the necessary arrangements with the people who are going to play significant roles in our lives. The family we choose to come to, our brothers and sisters and the relationships we will have, all planned..
Often in life things are not as simple to handle as they are when we make our plans. On the other side, I believe everything seems like a great adventure. But when we get here, the reality of the assignment and our emotional body and minds sometimes have a difficult time coping with the trials of being human.
But in order to fulfill our purpose, we have to change our perspective. The hardest thing for us to do as humans is to say goodbye, even if we really know deep inside it is the right thing to do. We have all these rules for ourself and most of the time we stay in relationships much longer than we should, not listening to our inner voice.
In my own life, it was not easy walking away from my marriage, especially when I had small children. For a long time, I felt like such a failure. I lived in the What if world.....But that just caused me more pain. In the end I had to face the fact that my marriage was not healthy and that I was not happy. Yet I have to ask myself, Was that my souls plan all along? Was I always going to walk away? I believe I was destined to meet my partner Sam. Which means that I must have been destined to Divorce.
Why would I pick such a plan? The only answer I can give is that I was supposed to have children with my ex husband. That was the soul contract we had with each other.
Why was he supposed to be the father? The answer is Karma. This was a promise that we made with each other, but not to stay together forever.
When we understand that everything is a lesson and for soul growth, we don't take things as hard. Life is a journey filled with twists and turns. Be receptive to your souls plan and love yourself in the process. Be kind to yourself. That is one of the hardest things to do as a human being, but it is the most necessary.
If someone leaves your life, know that they are supposed to. You can cry, but don't punish yourself by not eating or hurting yourself. Love yourself even through the pain. You will heal and the door will open again for a new adventure.
Blessings

MY KIDS AT THE LIMELIGHT THEATER IN ST. AUGUSTINE
Yesterday was opening day for the play Godspell Jr. Some people were seated patiently others were still coming in. Out comes Justin, my son, he grabs his guitar on stage and starts to play. I feel a rush of joy in my heart. He played a couple of songs, Adam , another boy came out and played and the show began.
The performance was filled with beautiful music, kids of all ages, and happiness. The show was part of a summer camp that Justin has been going to for four weeks. Andrew my oldest son is the stage manager and was up in the booth running the lights and sound.
Both kids love the theater and have been in several plays over the years. They seem to bond deeply with the kids in each play. Its been a joy to see them perform. Justin played several songs on the guitar and did a great job in his character.
I have that same love of the theater, as a young child in London we would go to several plays and musicals. When I came to America and attended High School at fifteen, I immediately tried out for the school plays. The friendships I made were the best part. There is a bond that is hard to describe. I continued my passion at college and was very active in the theater dept. At one point I wanted to get an agent and pursue this dream, but I soon realized that it wasn't the right road for me. I didn't feel I was talented enough or determined enough to be an actress.
I never knew then that years later I would be on TV with my family, not just once but twice.
Andrew tells me over and over that he wants to be an actor. I feel that if that is what he wants, its what he should do. Justin says he wants to be a musician.
Dreams are important and I know that life has a purpose, there are no accidents. If this is what my children love then I encourage them to go for their dreams.

JUDAS PRIEST COMES TO ST. AUGUSTINE AMPITHEATER
August 2009 Judas Priest will come to the St. Augustine ampitheater. I was first introduced to the music of Judas Priest on my second appearance on ABC TV Wife Swap. The show picked the song, "Breaking the Law" for Sam and the boys to perform live in Orlando. Andrew and Justin were given electric guitars and Sam got a drum set. The episode aired March 2009 and I was introduced to the band. I thought it was an interesting song that they picked this for the boys to play.
So I decided to research the band. I was shocked to find out, that they had just released a brand new album called NOSTRADAMUS. I immediately went and bought it. I couldn't believe it, the whole album was about Nostradamus. The music was amazing, and it greatly moved me.
Here was a rock band talking about a great mystic. Of all the bands for Wife swap to pick, this is the one they chose. I had to ask myself is this a coincidence. Remember I do not believe in coincidences.
You can imagine my surprise when I heard Judas Priest was coming to St. Augustine. Sam immediately went and got us tickets. I am looking forward to the concert in August and I hope others buy their album and learn more about Nostradamus.

THE MAN IN THE MIRROR, MICHAEL JACKSON.
Michael Jackson has had great significance in my life. I am the same age as him, 50 and my birth name was also Jackson. As a child growing up in England, I was often teased and called Michael Jackson. At the time, no one really knew the impact Michael would have in music.
Doing Michael's numerology numbers based on his birthday. He is a 60/6 lifepath. Michael came to the world to share with mankind. 6 means love, universal love, family. And he certainly did that. He shared everything he had. The 0 is godhead protection behind him.
In his very last gift to the world, he has filmed a concert that will never be seen to the individual concert goer, but is to be shared with everyone. Who ever purchases his final dress rehersal performance will share it at the same time, all humanity. His songs taught the way for mankind, they spoke of his feelings and sadness. His music was very similar to the messages left by John Lennon, who I also share a synchronicity with. John Lennon was killed on my birthday.
I feel that when Michael passed this earth, he was also celebrated on the other side. And now he truly knows how much he was loved.
As a psychic when I watched the Larry King special at Neverland last night, I was greatly moved, I found myself crying and feeling alot of energy from just the TV set. I can just imagine what it would feel to be there in person.
We leave our spirit impressions wherever we go and on items we wear.
Michael Jackson was a truly special soul that we were very lucky to know. He came to the world for a very specific purpose, to teach humanity about truth. He endured alot in his life and is now at peace.
Farewell Michael.

Dream with Actor Ryan O'Neal
I rarely have dreams featuring celebrities but when I do, I take notice. Last night I dreamed that I was walking on St. Augustine beach with Ryan O'Neal and a women with dark hair. We were having a really nice talk and hanging out. But something didn't feel right in the dream. I just kept feeling that someone was missing, but couldn't really figure out who it was. But I kept wondering why I was with them and what the dream was trying to tell me.
Then all of a sudden it hit me. The movie LOVE STORY starring Ryan O'Neal and Ali MacGraw. The women with the dark hair was Ali. Then I realized that what happened in the movie was the same thing that happened to Ryan O'Neal in real life.
In the movie, Ryan is in love with his wife and she dies of a sickness. It was such an emotional movie.
And now art mimicks his real life. He loved Farrah Fawcett and asked her to marry him and now she has died.
Do movies have more significance than we realize. I remember the TV show LOST IN SPACE. We watched it as kids and it was all so far fetched, robots that do things, crazy, we thought. But today it is reality. How many more movies have been preludes to our future?
Where does creativity really come from? Why are certain actors picked for certain parts??

REMEMBERING 9/11/01
Weeks before that fated day I had scheduled to teach a meditation class. The class was six weeks and the first day was September 11, 2001 in St. Augustine, Florida
I had ten people signed up and as the day approached I was looking forward to it. I must admit I did sense that something big was going to happen for several weeks and I was having trouble sleeping, but I had no idea what it actually was.
Even after watching the news all day, I decided I was going to teach who ever showed up, despite what had happened.. All ten students were present that night and everyone felt it was important to be there.
As the weeks progressed one of the students told us her sister was in the twin towers when it happened.. She came to class after going back to New York to see her sister and described what her sister told her.
She said that her sister was coming down the stairway with several other people, yet she felt like she was being carried down the stairway by an angel. She described her feet barely touching the stairs, and when she got outside the building, she heard a very loud voice within, scream RUN.
Yet there was no one around her at that moment. But she just ran and ran, and within minutes she heard an explosion behind her and realized she had been saved.
It was not her time to die. I believe that the meditation class helped all of us cope with the tragedy together. There was no accident to picking that day to begin.

Spiritual Walks on St. Augustine Beach
Often when my energy gets low or I have had a busy day with my clients, I go walking on the beach. As soon as I breath the fresh ocean air and my feet touch the sand I feel better. As a psychic I am very sensitive to energy especially from others. My body often acts like a sponge and the ocean acts like an inner cleansing machine for me. Today was one of those days. The air was very heavy but the ocean breeze made it lighter.
The water was perfect and I dipped myself in the ocean before I began. When I walk I meditate, I clear my mind of all thoughts and I just allow my spirit to flow along with my bare feet touching the water. I do not pay attention to others around me, I become focused within.
I walk for 45 minutes and by then I am clear and refreshed.
I dreamed for many years to live by the ocean, so when I first arrived in St. Augustine and rented a house at the beach, I thought I died and went to heaven. Without my beach, I would feel sad. Maybe its the mermaid in me. I believe we all have different spiritual energy, some people have strong fairy energy, some have mountain energy. My spirit is happy at the beach and in the water. I never tire of walking the beach. Its the best medicine I know and I often suggest it to my clients.
Happy walks........
